Hey all

I played P99 in 2009/2010 for a while. I got a mage to 25 iirc. But anyway, Im installing the titanium client right now, and will be back on soon. Since I was last on though, I have moved. I now live in Hong Kong.

It can be difficult finding a group during peak hours EST, I know that. How tough will it be for me to find groups when Im 12 hours ahead of EST though? I dont suppose many people are on around 9 in the morning yeah?

Cheers!

Population is down, but there are us Europeans who play in our afternoon time sometimes ;)

I think there's a 9 hour gap between us and Hong Kong, so you will still see people around. Might be hard to get a full group going in most places though, in the 20s I know Highkeep and LOIO are quiet during my afternoon/your evening time :(

You can join me in the GMT +8 crew!

There should still be a bit for you to do around that time with there being a decent spread of levels online - you might just need to send a few tells to get groups happening.

Hey Baa, whats this +8 crew, a guild? Im def interested. If its just a bunch of players who are on around that time, would you mind listing their names, or PM'ing them to me?

Cheers

Haha nothing official but there are a few of us Aussies lurking around who play at similar times. I am in game most nights so once you have a few levels under your belt look me up!

I play around the same time zone, and I've found that more often then not I end up soloing. While groups are sometimes available in the open zones like LoIO and the OT, pretty much everything else is dead. Sometimes there will be people in sola, mistmoore, guktop, or other dungeons, but more often than not they are either getting power leveled or they're super twinked and don't want to duo or be in a group.Or they say they are afk a lot and just want to solo.

While I have had some success putting a group together for a dungeon once in a while, it usually just hasn't been worth it since by the time everyone gets together I've only got an hour left to play.

I hope this changes as I get higher level, but it is slow going.

A long time ago there was Mostly Harmless (Aussie / NZ guild) which then merged to DA. I think most of the Aussies are still floating around at higher levels are in Ascension now.

I would be keen in joining up to a off peak guild if somebody were to set one up - as with time constraints I am never really going to be able to commit to any big raids but would be nice to have some people to chat with now that I am a free agent.

Hey guys. Thanks again for the responses. Ive recovered my account, and I have a 21 mage, 8 bard, and 5 monk. Im thinking about leveling up the monk, but I would start a new toon to meet the needs of whatever characters you guys have. Let me know.

As for starting a guild, or group. Im interested. It would be nice, as Kender said, to have an off-peak group to work with.
