Here is our findings and judgement.
Keep in mind, this most recent Ring War fail was self reported by Rezzie with lots of evidence to back it up.
A member of RNG initiated a Ring War without verifying he had a force, apparently he got the days mixed up thinking today was Saturday. As a result, the Ring War was wasted.
A complaint did come in on this next one.
Not too far in the past there was an incident where RNG failed a Ring War, in this case we believe they over confident.
Wasting a Ring War is not something we will tolerate. This should be a reminder to everyone that

This was really hard for us. Ring Wars can fail by nature, but we don't want guilds to have anxiety about failing it or they will be suspended.
But care should really be taken when you initiate something that denies pixels for other players. But two fails within this short amount of time has raised some eyebrows.
RNG is suspended from all Ring Wars for 9 days starting 4/24/2020 at 8:00AM EST.
A member snapshot of RNG has been captured, all players between now and the end of the suspension is bound by this judgement.
You will notice the suspension is not immediate. We would like to try leaving a grace period in so guilds can try and negotiate. If the guild that put in the original complaint would like to pull it back, that is up to them and this suspension becomes void.
