Wanting to get to 46 and get the sweet epic? Maybe tired of just trying to find a group? Too easy, I can do it for you, all you have to do is stay logged. How long does it take? Well that depends on how many levels and your race of course, as racial penalties are real otherwise it wouldn't be P99. That being said 2 days for 40-51, 1 day for 45 to 51, 52 to 55 in 2 days are simple examples for non penalty races.
34=2k
35=5k
36-39=12k (3k per level)
40=6k
41-44=14 (3.5k per level)
45=8k
46-49= 16 (4k per level)
50= 5k
51=10k
52= 11k
53=12k
54=22k
55=19k
Troll/Iksar have 20% additional charge to per-level prices, as they require more exp to level
Ogre have 15% additional charge to per-level prices, as they require more exp to level
No ther racial have charge
56 + is DN at 3.5k a pull (No additional charge for race)
