Issue with IP

Hi guys, me and my friend are coming back to EQ Green server after a long time without playing, we both live in the same house and when i try to log in i got a message that my account is blocked by the IP, his account has no problem to log in the server but i can't log in, any solution?

Also i has no problem to play in Blue server, where i got my old druid character :)

You both cant log in at the same time because you need to apply for an ip exemption. This is to stop people from boxing.
