You can MQ ring 8 into ring 9. If your brother has a box of the guilty you turn in your ring 8, he turns in box of the guilty and he gets a ring 9.

You should be able to MQ ring 6 to 7 to him as well (you turn in your ring 6, he turns in shackle key).
