I just completed the splitpaw scroll quest for the first time at level 32 and still got fairly respectable experience. I was wondering if buying a set of the scrolls for an alternate would skyrocket their advancement or if there is a cap on the amount of experience gain that can occur from a single quest or if there is a level minimum for that quest. Thanks in advance for any replies.

It's something like 11% max reward. Otherwise if you turned a scroll in with a level 1 they'd ding 8 or something ridiculous.

Pending update, you can gain no more than 11% of your current level from a single kill.

Pending update, you can gain no more than 11% of your current level from a single quest turnin. If you can find evidence to the contrary, this part of the change can easily be reversed.

That was my point. Based on the wiki experience table they would ding to just short of 10th level. Since there is a cap though this is not a good idea. I sort of assumed this or the scrolls would be even more camped than they are now.

Yeah for a lowbie you’re better off using one of the other turn in quests like belts etc. (although the exp on all of those has been heavily nerfed it should still be good for someone under level 10)

Can confirm as mcoy say exp is capped at 11%, sometimes it will look like 12% but that's just due to visual rounding to account for the hidden exp values being added.

Exactly..
https://wiki.project1999.com/Bone_Chips_Kaladim

~1000 bone chips to level an enchanter to 10, even less for a halfling druid.
1000/20 = 50 stacks
50 stacks * 5 plat per stack = 250p to hit level 10

I know because I did this recently, twice, and listed it on that wiki page. muahahaha
