I came looking for the information indicating the penalties/bonus depending on the race/hybrid choices..

It was previously listed under the FAQ but the post here indicates the information has been moved to the Library.. checked there, and can't locate the information in any of the threads listed there..

Have changes been made that this information is no longer relevant? or is it just a thread lost in limbo?
