ui, display, hotbars and key bindings resetting

so everytime i log my display, ui and key bindings reset and everytime i zone my hotbars reset. i dont possess the technical know how to trouble shoot this.

Right click eq shortcut on desktop then run as admin, would help me in the past. There is another way but i dont remember it.

Running as admin will probably fix it for you.
