I hear ya. All you can do is change your forum and loginserver passwords often.

I mean numbers eventually get recycled. Try sending your old number a text and if they respond try and explain that you're totally trying to get back to playing EverQuest and not trying to steal their identity. Hopefully the verification text mentions P99 in some way.
