How do you actually connect with a VPN? Do you have to change any installation files?

I just got a VPN working but it doesn't work on EQ. I have 4 different server setups 2 using UDP and 2 TCP, and while all 4 of them work for the internet browsers. when I try to log into EQ it says I can't connect. This is the opening splash screen log in screen not server log in.

Never had the need for one, but I'd assume you'd need one that would accept traffic via any ports and not just 80/443.

I got it to work. apparently some of their servers are weirdly setup and won't connect to EQ, sadly only the ones in europe seem to work. The all give me close to 300 ping. This is such bullshit.
