South Qeynos Lag

Getting some heavy lag/drop in fps in South Qeynos only. My friends are experiencing the same thing. Anyone else have this issue?

Had a similar issue in Felwithe, but fixed it.

I kept launching in compatibility mode windows 7, but changed my SP. Logged in with new SP, logged out, changed to old SP. Seemed to have fixed the problem. Give it a try and let me know if it works for you. South Qeynos seems totally fine to me, but I only tested it after doing the above fix.
