New Characters cannot skill Meditate

I've been trying to build up a Druid. However, when ever I go to put a point into the skill Meditate, it get an error message saying skill cap lvl max...

Kind of hard to play a magic class without the Meditate skill. Any idea what is causing this, and how to fix it?

Make sure your druid is high enough level to get meditate (level 8 from memory but best to che the wiki). There are several issues with the UI and skills, basically they have a tough time fixing some of the client bugs display issues and this is one.
