Other player particles

I'm having an issue with my spell particles where it doesn't show another player's spell effects landing, either on a mob or a player. On the option I do have it turned on so it should show everyone's effects, and I do see them casting the spell but not the effects of the spell actually landing. I don't know if this is intentional or just a bug from my client.

Check your particle density and distance settings as well. Worst case, rename eqclient.ini and it should reset everything to default the next time you start the game.
