New generation breed

Hey mates.

I played EQ from 2002 to 2006 and want to show my son the greatest game on earth :D

After installing EQ-Platinum on my Thinkpad P52s (with integrated Graphics and with a Nvidia Quattro P500) I can only see the old Character Models (see Picture)

Are there any newer models available or did I made something wrong?

Everything is working as intended.

There's no Luclin models here as there's no Luclin expansion here. That must feel alienating for a 2002 onward player but this is a 1999-2001ish server :p

You can however download HD texture and model packs which will spruce up your zones and stuff a bit. Some can be found here https://p99.yourfirefly.com/ Look around.

Only wrong thing I see so far is wanting the new models.

This emu wants the Everquest Titanium (not platinum) version. Not sure if you'll run into client issues with the plat version. Just something to keep in mind if you run into unexpected behavior.

Only wrong thing I see so far is wanting the new models.

I see you messed up and didn't get the guy with the eye patch. Only lvl 2 so you can reroll and be in the groove. :)
