Returning Player:Blue or Green?

hello,


I'm a returning player with a full account of characters on blue, most in the 50-30 range. I see the population on Green is about twice that of Blue, and was wondering if I should pick up my blue characters, or make new characters to play on Green. What are the pros and cons What would you do help please

Green (2019)- P99's Progression Server
An EverQuest Progression Server is a special server that launches with only the game's original zones and content. Additional content and expansions then unlock over time. This allows players to enjoy each era and expansion in order, similar to how the game evolved originally.

Blue - Everything a P99 server will ever have.
It's at the end of Velious and the P99 timeline with some minor additional QoL.

I picked blue because of my playstyle. I've got way more responsibilities now than I did 20 years ago and I can't ignore my family for hours at a time. Because of this I solo exclusively. I'm never going to have an epic or raid gear and I'm cool with that, I have a blast playing the game my way.

The blue servers economy has been around so long that I can buy the stuff I can't solo. My 50 druid has his snare earring and drones of doom arms, a goblin ring for breaking charm and a lumi staff. He's probably the best geared but I have 3 characters with jboots not too mention the druid and bard who don't need them.

I realize most people don't play the way I do, but blue fits me quite well. Not to mention the people in Castle blue are awesome (as I'm sure they are over on green!).

Let me suggest Red instead.. Cause from what i can tell, about 90% of the drama right now on the forums, hails from Blue and Green.. Red- Just a quiet little place where the only person you can trust is yourself :)

Don't play Red. It's an awful PvP server with barely any players. You will get bored very fast and there are people on Red who will corpse camp you until you log off. Pick Green if you want to group often at lower levels as blue is more top heavy and will more so find groups in the mid to late 30's.

The obvious correct answer is Green and it's not even close.

No Velious is paradize.

Also within 6 months most Green players will stop playing until Velious and will come back to Blue.

Blue can feel kind of empty these days to be honest. This game is fun because of the social aspect, and you’ll have way more of that available on green.

I would do green or red.

Green for pop
Red for pvp

Blue RIP
