How do you get the Partisans pike back from the iksar warrior gm?

Now that you've looted his head, you have what the Drill Master wants. Take the "An Iksar Head", "Froglok Escort Fife", and your Partisan Pike to Drill Master Vygan and turn them in.

If you turn in "An Iksar Head" and "Froglok Escort Fife," you might get the second pike back in return. The NPC remembers what it is given in its quest inventory, which is only reset if the server is reset. Even killing an NPC does not reset its quest inventory.
