The nice thing is that Iksar get 3 newbie zones attached to the city. The other two are awesome, especially the swamp.

When I ran through on my druid, there were some brave iksar hunting in the swamp of no hope low level area. It was pretty awesome and something I'd never seen before on p99 or anywhere.

Actually it's four newbie zones. FoB, LoiO (my favorite), Warsliks (smallest really) and swamp.

When leveling up in LoiO until lvl 10 I often heard "glad I found this zone", "didnt know that loio has a newbie zone". Everyone was just happy to escape the madness of FoB. Were 2 great days for me and in /ooc, very little competition overall.

I had to explore the swamp for my Warrior pike quest, I didn't enjoy my time there - much too scary and dangerous.

Every time I turned around there'd be a red-con and I'd have to split lol.

I'm just glad I won't ever have to worry about paying rent. It'd be a little cramped, but your tiny head is always rent-free for me OP ^_^

The Kunark release does strike me as if management has resigned itself to its current playerbase where the Green release was very different. They must have learned something from the demographics and churn since Opening Day that inclined them to think it wasn't worth another push to increase visibility.
