Going postal quest Xp temporally nerfed also, correct?

Is "Going Postal" also nerfed XP wise for 30 days? (green server)
Asking since if yes, I will wait with creation of new toon after XP restriction ends.

been getting xp for stuff like putrid rib bones on red, and did wolten graphs bone chips quest for a little, but gnoll fangs iz nerfed so maybe not 'all'.

going postal probably cuz for some reason?

fastest way to test it is roll a high elf, and run the delivery to kelethin u should know within 10 mins or so

Well, since I never did this quest yet, it would take probably 1 hour to find all NPC's ;)

I will just wait until all XP restrictions are gone and then reconsider. In the mean time I will spend that extra hour i just saved ;) on my BoneKnight on green that needs some love...
