UI will not save and cant move

I keep moving my hotkeys around. when I zone, it resets them and then I can't move them anymore. I also automatically get windowed out when I click on certain windows.:mad:

Never mind. Someone recommended setting eqgame.exe to XP SP3 compatibility and that seems to have fixed it!
