From the Magelo (with the same name: Magelo Blue:Biddil (https://wiki.project1999.com/index.php?title=Magelo_Blue:Biddil&action=view&preload=&editintro=&section=)) it looks like that screenshot is of a Crown of Narandi (https://wiki.project1999.com/Crown_of_Narandi).

EDIT: That helm had the wrong fashion category in the wiki (a failure on Allakhazam's part, as that's where the fashion data comes from). I fixed it to have the correct category of Fashion: Custom Helm (https://wiki.project1999.com/Category:Fashion:_Custom_Helm). All (ATM nine) helmets in that category should look the same ... possibly with different color tinting (if they have a different tint category).

even the allakhazam comments say it doesn't (lots of them). i think you 'unfixed' the fashion data

that's probably one of the custom SK or War velious armor helms.

anyway,

for plate classes custom helm graphics could be custom kromzek, custom frostreaver, or any of the 3 custom thurg/kael/SS ones. and ofc custom cowl of mortality, but that one is solid black color. (and cooler. and expensive)

Can confirm Narandi helm has no graphic, and afaik there's no way to "Custom" it like you can a Cowl of Mortality. (would be cool if you could tho)
