Turn the area immediately around Scout into a pvp arena that activates when she spawns. When you die inside this designated area, your bind will temporarily change to the SG zoneline but you respawn with rez effects.

List system where you have to show you're not afk every 30 seconds until your turn. So if you're third in line, spend 30 hours and make sure you click that you're active every 30 seconds.

yeah, other than a firm minimum level requirement to take part in the roll, there's not a lot to be done here I don't think. The roll is the least bad option.

Add a max level limit. Send the 60s to ToV. Encounter can be pulled, tanked and dpsed by pretty low levels anyway.

Sorry if this was me, I think it may have been (to make matters worse one of my sk’s two Bobs spends most time in bag for fashion). If it’s any consolation, technically my sk was my first character and is now 52.

Eh, 50+ for me would be enough of a level req, I don't think 55+ is necessary. BoB's great for vox toons, after all. I never really mind losing to lower level players, long as they're at least raid level and contribute something to the fight.

Not poopsocked, spawns every 10 hours. Just park your toon of choice appropriately, log in ~10-15 mins ahead. You can be a real boss and hand out buffs or offer to tag out/train.

Don’t forget to run a dragon over just before spawn. Doing so makes sure anyone that can’t take a couple of 500 aoes doesn’t get to roll.
