Windows update causing low FPS?

I hear this is affecting people playing. My update is pending, but holding off to see if this is still giving people issues and/or if there is a resolution.

try this "Low Latency Mode = Ultra" in nvidia control panel .. my fps rise high

To clarify, I didn't have issues but heard multiple people saying they did.

I ended up updating overnight and haven't had any in game issues.
