I've encountered this bug in Oasis of Marr and successfully replicated it:
If you camp on the side of Pillar 1 closest to the dock and log in when the boat is at the dock, you get a free lev until you zone, log or jump on the boat.
If you camp on the side of Pillar 1 closest to the dock and log in when the boat is at the dock, you get a free lev until you zone, log or jump on the boat.
