Account is currently banned contact customer service??

So I was sitting around and though hey I haven't played EQ in sometime it's all set up on my laptop so when to jump on and see what was going on these days! ...

I didn't know my password :/ to anything...
I got that all figured out buuuuuut apparently my account is banned or something and to contact customer service ...

I know I didn't do anything maybe I tried passwords to much but it's letting me look at the servers just not letting me log on can anyone in "customer service" or anyone that knows how to fix this issue 🤔

Wait a few minutes and try again.
