You're gonna need the proper offsets to get maps working in non-supported zones.

I wish they'd ditch the project. There are only about 1,000 people on at peak hours, and with another server, that number will probably fall by at minimum 150-200.

Plus, the PVP server probably will not have a good population compared to the pve server.
