IP Block?

Me and my Dad and Brother are trying to play together, we are on the same internet, it says IP blocked when I try to get into the green server when we have another EQ1 running, anyway someone can help us with this? I assume this is to prevent multi boxing..

You need to petition for an IP exemption to all play at the same time in a household on the same internet.

Thanks, I did not know that until like right after I posted that I figured it out, I sent in a petition last night, will I get a email with a reply or?
