My spells file is outdated

I know many of you are going to shake your head and say "download the latest patch and extract the files you idiot!" And let me assure you you're not wrong.

I have downloaded the latest patch P99Files53.zip and extracted the files to my EQ install directory. I have even double checked that the sha256 sums match between the zip and what I have on disk. Despite this I still get a message that my spell files is out of date when I log in.

What am I missing? I feel like such an idiot!

Hard to say have you tried a fresh install of Titanium? Maybe launching the wrong Titanium launcher?

I resolved this. I'm running on Linux and didn't read the install guide to see that the most recent patch requires renaming some files. Thank you for your reply, reminded me that I forgot to update this post.
