If you were not as prejudiced as you are, you would have saw the video and noticed it was about the decline of nascar over the years at the hands of cry baby pussy drivers. Everyone is afraid to be the bad guy, afraid of optics, cant own their own behavior. They wreck a guy then cry when he hits you back. The nascar people ruining everything with their bright ideas. How revenge makes everyone lose.

All motorsports are good. Going fast is good.

You sound jealous.. like you've never done anything at all with your life. Sorry you wasted it. Did you ever have fun at one point or were you always a little bitch??

Richard Petty, David Pearson, Bobby Alllison, Darrel Waltrip, Cale Yarborough, Earnhardt Sr, Bill Elliot...even some of the less-known drivers like Buddy Baker or Harry Gant, those guys made NASCAR insofar as I cared. Once the last of 'em retired that particular league withered and died, or at least my interest did. The current bunch mostly look and act like so many spoiled brats. Then you have a ton of pay-to-play wastes of space (aka the "Menard effect" further ruining it coupled with idiotic management that seems determined to drive their business into the ground with moronic rules like football-inspired periods and playoffs.

Sport was at its best when they were still allowed to run flat-out. Restrictor plates were stupid. Those mid 80's superspeedway races where they were holding 200+ MPH all the way around the track and where whoever won was as much about his engine holding together as anything else, that's how it should be. They should've moved the spectators farther back instead of slowing stuff down.

Man those were some cheatin ass cars. If you followed the rules you could be assured a place in the back. Thats kinda what made it fun though. The gray areas, the "innovative designs" and "unique interpretation of the rules". All the cars are the same. All the drivers are the same.

It wants to be something it cant be. You cant have it both ways. Like its a down home country blue collar sport but the cars are 500k and everyones dad was a nascar driver or they come from a family who owns one of those big sponsors on the side of last years winner.

They sure were. That's part of the culture of the sport though, and part of the competition, how much you could sneak away with, without getting nicked for it. IROC always tried to do the "identical cars" thing and it never amounted to much.

Can-Am was pretty cool while it lasted as well, closest thing I can recall to a "no rules" racing series.

Nascar rules despite the fact that it is harder to cheat now.

All racing is for people that can afford it. Nascar rules because you get to see people at 200mph all day long versus road racing you can see a single corner and never even watch the race unfold.

For spectator racing, circle tracks are more fun. I like outlaws myself. Wingless and winged sprints.

It's pretty easy. You show up, and you get a bud lite, or a busch lite, or a miller lite, or a coors light whatever brand they have and act like you've never heard of any other brand of beer and everyone will accept you into the fold of people that enjoy 200mph races and crashes and crisp and refreshing beer that its impossible to get drunk from.

BLM, but he wouldn't live in the UK or pay taxes to help the lower income earners in society.

Thanks pal.
