Lighthouse and Friends is hosting a fundraiser for guild regeants (hate stones, peridots, pearls, etc) by selling the loot rights for Stanos' Head. This is for the Guise of the Coercer, aka, high elf mask.

Head Loot Rights will be sold for 15k each.
