How far will Green advance?

hi. im new to this whole green thing and was wondering how far it was going to advance in expansions. im asking because it has an affect on my gameplay

it might merge with blue after this but it has not been fully confirmed yet

It will stop in Velious and will not expand into Luclin or beyond
