IP Issue

My husband Deebeedoo and I created accounts to play together with Kidx on Green Server.

However, when I attempt to log onto server it tells me that "IP Address is temporarily blocked, please try again later.", is there someone we can talk to about fixing this?

Have you applied for an IP exemption? If not, look up the rules for it, and put in a petition on the forums about it (with the account names) and then wait for it, could take some time for them to get to it.

Remember no boxing (playing 2 accounts as 1 person) is allowed, and your accounts WILL be permanently banned eventually if you are playing both accounts by yourself, even if only briefly at the wrong time.

Can we get this account banned please?
