Hi, do you have a moment to talk about our lord and saviour, Garlic? Garlic (Allium sativum) is a species of bulbous flowering plant in the onion genus Allium. It has long been a common seasoning worldwide, with a history of several thousand years of human consumption and use. It was known to ancient Egyptians and has been used as both a food flavoring and a traditional medicine

In response to Garlic, what type of garlic do you think Arcler and JB use when preparing a dish? Fresh garlic from clove? Minced garlic in a Jar? Or garlic powder.

Seeing as how they strike me as lazy and not in it to win it, I am guessing that minced crap in a jar. nothing worse than old garlic suspended in some weird watery mixture.

I thought it was oil? Water would decay it.

It's definitely not oil. Maybe a vinegary...something or other? No idea, but it's vile. Unlike beautiful, pristine, fresh garlic.

People who don't grow garlic and instead buy it at the store are weird to me. Like one bulb of garlic will make 30 bulbs of garlic.

At this day and age I have a hard time not wanting to just buy something that still only cost tens of cents.

It's getting more expensive, though. Even though the U.S is flooded with moldy garlic form China now. It's getting harder and harder to find California-grown garlic because it can't be competitive, as a cash crop, with the massive cheap garlic bulbs shipped in from China, 1/3 of which are rotten by the time they arrive and the rest grown in high-arsenic / heavy metal soil.
