Velious is scheduled for today since day 1. Given Kunark released on the correct day, I'm sure Velious will drop today as well. If not, it's imminent.

There should be a patch (UI needs an update at the very least). From the home page, the top middle Welcome section always has a link to the latest patch files

To answer your question not like a nerdy know it all. Eventually. anything else is speculation. Kunark went live in evening. Velious may do same or they went on vacation and said " you can wait, cause no one owns the server cept Rogean "

plains walker is a nerd. Velious on blue was two yrs late. We should be so lucky to get it when a poster for recruitment states.
