I was a devout tradeskiller back in the early days of EQ.

I do seem to remember Halfling cultural had some arrows that gave a much easier route to maxing Fletching, that any other race...

But that may be post P99 content.

I didn't notice it was multiple choice until I cast my vote, which was for Dwarves, but Humans and High Elves get some pretty good cultural stuff too. Dwarves are the greatest statwise I think (seriously! (https://wiki.project1999.com/Dwarven_Breastplate_(Enchanted_Imbued))), but High Elves have some excellent options too. It's because of high elf cultural that I considered playing an enchanter following Tunare.

Humans on the other hand win out of sheer versatility. Lot of nice sets that make for great fashionquest and a ton of deities are covered. I like the thought of an Erollisi cleric wearing a full set of shiny pink plate.

Below that, dark elves have some nice stuff. Casters in chain ftw? And then Erudites would get a higher spot if their material wasn't such a serious pain in the ass to farm.

I was tricked by the wiki, the link in the op said it wasn't in game.
I've never heard anyone talk about gnome cultural. (outside warrior clickies)
I thought it was out of timeline like troll cultural.

And to put a nail in this,.. They get Tinkering...
So if someone asked what's your favorite tinkering race, the only choice is gnome.
Which isn't the idea of this thread, to compare things.

Except for dwarves, cultural armor is about FQ. The elves and erudites have some neat looks, but Humans have by far the most variety and their armor can be worn by the others. As a bonus, you get Antonian Javs.
