Is the Monk Steel Shackle quest in game yet? "an iksar master" did not respond to prompts when I tried.

Yup, got my bracer this morning.
The wiki states that there are two versions of "an iksar slave", you want the one that replies to your hail, the other will eat your items.

Thanks for the replies. I went last weekend and nothing. Went today and got "Part of a Large Key" without problems.
