Essence emerald question

Hi all, I've noticed a lot of people have deleveled their toons to re lvl with raid gear for fun.

My main question would be, how much $ do you get from the 46 to 59 Necro sac part? :)

Wiki shows 165 EE's. From 59 to 45...

tbh speedrun a bard and get to 60 and sell emeralds

i have friends who do this all the time

It's a bit over 40k if you can manage to sell them all. I've been using the ones I got from saccing to tip for ports because nobody will buy them.

I got paid around 130 each when I did it but I got paid immediately by the necro so it was fine with me. It's a not insignificant time investment on the Necros part also and I didn't have any that I was friendly with.

I want to say it was around 20k total to go from 58 to 49.

Deleveling from 46 to 6 was a PITA, but it was a blast leveling back up. Until I got to the mid 50s and I sort of regretted it. The thing is you will blast from 6 to 50 so fast you almost don't get to enjoy it properly.

Level 51 is the best level to make Essence Emeralds with. Just keep repeating that level. You end up with ~20 and you can do level 51 in literally 90 min maybe if you know what you're doing. Way more efficient than coming down from 59. Or just kill yourself down to 59, sac about 9 times, then rez back to 60 and max out 60 again.

Why 51 and not 46 to 50? Seems like going from 46 to low 50s over and over would be some really easy money if you also farmed something like guards while leveling.

Probably since my perspective is bard swarm xp - ~90 min in BW as a solo bard = lvl 51, below that you can't kill th emobs as efficiently. Just personal experience has taught me is all. I don't have any math to back it up or anything.

20 x 200pp = 2500pp per hour ish, guess it depends on your definition of bang for buck to determine if that's good money. of course you have to sell them too... or just stock up your favorite necro buddy knowing they'll come to your aid sooner or later.
