Movies? in no particular order
Star Wars, Star Trek, Babylon 5, Serenity (firefly), Crow: City of Angels (other crow movies not so great), Batman, some of the old B&W pirate/sailing movies most probably never heard of here.
Anyway, anything from those.

This is the ultimate movie list, all great choices.
More movie picks from me in no particular order:
Young Frankenstein
Spaceballs
Robin Hood: Men in Tights
Bad Boys (Not 2 where they go to Guantanamo Bay, kinda stupid)
Blazing Saddles
Most of these comedies are Mel Brooks films, but they are so damn funny, I can't help but list them all.

I like a ton of what's already posted, but here's a few that I liked that are not yet listed:
Brother from Another Planet
The Dresser
Taxi Driver
Liquid Sky (this is not a great movie by any standard, but it's unique)
Sherman's March (same comment as Liquid Sky)
Kiss of the Spider Woman (not the lame musical)
Rollerball ( the original)
Watermelon Man
Bedazzled (the original)
Just a few interesting choices. There are hundreds worth seeing.

Just saw this movie yesterday, e-p-i-c. Danny Trejo is an awesome actor, with a crazy past. It makes me think anything is possible when I read about it.
P.S. This is his first main character role ever.

Darkman (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L58rdhCfDIU)
The Big Lebowski (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_GCRFRcWxA)
Braindead (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xbOmCUWm25w)
This last one is not my favorite movie, but most "critics" on movie sites seem to agree that it is the most (insert synonym of horrible) movie ever made
Cannibal Holocaust (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZ-Xp6VC7RQ&oref=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fresults%3Fsear ch_query%3Dcannibal%2Bholocaust%26aq%3D2L&has_verified=1)
