Custom Content difficulty - Helms?

I'm just curious how difficult it would be to add in a graphic for a White Dragon Helm? I'm sure that's a simple custom content option we could all get behind, providing graphics for helms currently without.

An idea: a Custom Helm from Velious but all white, maybe even some red or black dragon wings on the sides?

Anyone else have any ideas for helms without a graphic and what they should be?

They should have a gm event where the gm swords from classic are dropped. Even if it had shit stats, them swords were bad ass.

I always thought Verant missed a chance with White Dragon helm being a custom plate helm in white akin to a CCoM, but alas they didnt do it.

Alternatively, turn in CCoM + the dragon scale of desired color to soandso NPC for a bitchin' new look. Emerald, green, red, white. Not sure what the color would be for prismatic exactly.

Was hoping for a contributor from the dev team to reply with a difficulty level on this. Say on a level 1-10, with 10 being extremely difficult and 1 being not difficult at all...can just shoot a # out there if ya like...
