How do i report dboxing?

I've been monitoring someone last few days and it is highly likely someone is dboxing. How can i report this?

If I was reporting double boxing I would first dox the guy then call the cops in real life.

Don't use %T - it doesn't work in /petitions. You have to manually type out their name.
Alert GMs and they'll administer a boxing test when they can.
