Massive inflation and discontent amongst populace
(R) takes house & senate
2024
Sleepy needs a nap, doesn't run.
Kamala runs and loses handily in (D) primary, again. With a 1-term quitter (Sleepy) and a 2-time primary loser (Harris), (D) are looking weak.
Another (D) loser candidate runs and loses against an establishment (R) or orange-backed (R)
2024 big win for Orange man and Orange coin? ^_^

Weird how inflation isnt a problem at all when companies and the rich are getting trillions in tax breaks. As soon as a poor person gets 500 bucks, OH MY GOD THE ECONOMY IS TOO STIMULATED!! TOO STIMULATED!! ITS THE FAULT OF THE POOOORRRR!!! THEY GOT TOO MUCH MONEY!!
Last I checked, a certain rape apologist and daddy lost to a man who said six words his entire campaign. What kind of a fucking LOSER did the republicans run?? Ron Murderdegrandmas??? 60,000 dead seniors in FL, dont think hes the one. Gonna run rape daddy again?? HAHHA please run rape daddy. Please for the love of god, run rape daddy. Dems gonna lose hard, because their policies are terrible and extremely unpopular with both the right and also large factions of the left and independents.
Something like 85% of the entire country, including the vast majority of black americans, want voter ID, and yet Dems just keep ranting and raving about how it's racist. This is not how you win elections.

So, I'll just leave a chart here because I know libs hate facts ;)

Now Billy, use your red crayon and draw a line to connect all the bars. Where does it look like this line is going, Billy? Good, now you understand trendlines. See you're not just a monkey who can't abstract ideas and think across time.
Now Billy, go to the store and buy a pound of beef. I know you live in Soylent from Whole Foods, but try to be like an average American for one day.
Now Billy, remember when we told you Fido our dog wanted to have a really long sleep? Well, we lied to you so you wouldn't get mad your dad hit him with the car. It's kind of like inflation. We placate you with lies because you're too ignorant to go learn how the world works. We needed you to believe Fido was taking a long sleep, and you really wanted to believe it too. But now you know the truth.

Yeah I bet spending trillions on the american people is just so bad for america.. We better just keep giving it away to the giant corporations and the ultra rich, like we have been. Weird how in one year of helping the american people, inflation is just off the charts according to the right. It has nothing to do with the twenty years or corporate welfare and tax breaks they got.. I mean which one is more plausible? The twenty years of shoveling money to them to horde or the literally sixty days of reinvesting in the american people?
See how much republicans hate the idea of helping the average american?? Its disgusts them. See how opposed to it they are? They will try to understand economics to prove that corporate welfare is the way forward and has no blame for the MASSIVE 1% inflation rate. I guess when you worship the rich and powerful, all you want to do is be a cock holster for them. Almost like, they learned this from another cock holster who was doing it for an actual rich guy..

But our basement dwelling friends without a mortgage or a rental agreement are right.
According to Case-Shiller, housing prices are only up 1% - since last month.
Why is everyone freaking out?
It's not as if it's a trend and there are 12 months in a year, and that he 1% per month is somehow based on the price of the previous month and therefore compounding.
That would mean like 19% annual or something....

Tax breaks(or "loopholes") exist to incentivize types of economic activity the government has an interest in promoting, like renewable energy for example.

Why does the surrounding area need to pay 100k per worker per year(in tax breaks) when that worker is only being paid 30k? Thats how it works out in the end. They get this ENORMOUS tax break, the people around the are now paying a company to employ them, before the company even opens. Since they wont be paying taxes, it only works in their benifit. They should be paying the town, offering to build something the town wants, in exchange for their store or factory. Not the town paying them for the privilege of having a job. Why is it so fucking backward..? Cause the companies will just pay the town BOCC to approve it with or without you..
Thats how it works.

I just got groceries last night. They were around $130, which is what they always are nowadays. Last year they would have been around 90-100. That amount of food lasts me about a week, but I eat a lot more than most
I also don't buy anything that isn't nutritionally useful, so no candy, no junk food, no soda, nothing like that. Just berries (black, rasp, and blue), bananas, sliced lunchmeat (I try for organic no GMO's so that does bump up the price), Baked cut up chicken, Bread, a lot of nuts (spicy habenero almonds, assorted mixed nuts), and frozen veggies
Oh yknow what though, I usually have to do cat litter or cat food, that's partly why the increase in amount spent

No it doesnt? What? You would have to submit a photocopy of your ID so it could be verified that you aren't just an imaginary made up person or illegal immigrant. But that doesn't rule out mail in voting at all.
Ditto for having to show ID voting in person; the point being though, it's important to prove you can actually legally vote.... to vote. I know it's a mindblowing concept.
And I'm NOT making it about race, libs are the ones who do that. These voter ID laws would affects tons of poor white people, who also have trouble getting to their DMV or whatever. But it doesn't matter, regardless of your race, you need to show a valid ID to vote. It's such an obvious, no-brainer idea. And dems SOMEHOW can spin this into "attacking voter integrity". Like what???? No you retards, NOT requiring an ID is what undermines voter integrity. Every time an illegal ballot is counted, it counts against a legitimately cast ballot for the other guy. So I guess if you don't have a problem having your vote robbed and degraded by non-existent voting security measures, you do you. Me personally, I want my vote to at least count.

Exactly, but the thing is, dems like liz warren *were* raising the same concerns about voter integrity in 2016 that republicans were in 2020. Then lo and behold, they win 2020 and their tune changes to "most secure election of all time", which is a totally absurd statement. Really? The most people EVER to vote in a presidential election, during a pandemic when there were dozens of special voting procedure exceptions made to accommodate covid? That is somehow *more* secure? Give me a break.
What really bothers me about dems and voting rights is that they posture as if voting is the most sacred of all rights, but then oppose just showing an ID?
Like sorry but if you aren't willing to go stand in line for 30 minutes at the dmv to partake in the most sacred of all rights, then maybe you shouldn't vote? It's a privilege to be able to vote, not a right. Many places in the world still don't have this luxury, so how about we just ensure our system is secure and not a total laughingstock?
I've noticed people from other countries are really perplexed that this is even an issue. It's always something like "Haha what? You don't have to show your ID to vote for the next president? I had to show my ID to rent a car today...".

What in god's holy name are you talking about?
I don't need to "prove" that it "doesn't suppress votes". It doesn't "suppress votes" just like requiring ID to see a rated R movie doesn't "suppress" people from going to the movies. If you wanna go, just get a god damn ID. Not hard, not racist.
The racist thing is the unspoken suggestion that black people are somehow less capable than other races of getting an ID. The claim is "well, they are more likely to be impoverished, and they often vote dem, therefor requiring them to get an ID to vote is going to suppress black votes and thus dem votes. The problem is that there are more total white people in poverty than black people, WAY more. So if poverty supposedly makes it hard to get down to the DMV (I can't stop laughing at how retarded this notion is btw), they might very well be "suppressing" more impoverished republican white votes. This is why per capita matters, and why voter ID is not even remotely racist in any way.
One might even call it a baseless conspiracy theory that republicans want to nefariously "suppress" black votes by requiring ID, when they might easily be "suppressing" even more impoverished republican white votes for the same reason. Why would they want to do that?
It takes five seconds of critical thought to realize this issue shouldn't even be a debate.

Are you still whining about mail in ballots? Like I said, photocopy your ID and include it with your ballot so poll workers can validate the information on the ID. You can still mail-in your ballot, you just have to do one extra step.

I conditionally believed that voder ID laws were voter supression until the party flip now I do see both sides of the argument.
Like those busses of elderly folks who didn't have ID's that looked so happy going out and casting their votes. That's important to maintain.
But there is a very valid argument that the vast majority of "it's racist" claims are nuanced and that saying black people cant get or dont have ID's is pretty racist too.
Who doesn't have ID's? Specifically? If you lined them up, would you agree that maybe they should be getting more help than just you saying they should vote?
Are they even voting? Is it a false argument?
Should we help these people get ID's instead of letting them be a statistic without them?
Think about those elderly being driven to vote, someone had to go out of their way to round them up and get them out to vote, how is that person taking an extra step to get them ID's any more of a barrier than renting a truck?
I just dont think that I conditionally believe either side anymore, and that both have valid points.
It's just not unreasonable to think voter ID is totally cool and normal idea. There definitely is a way to make all parties happy with this one.

And it's not even as bad as going to the dmv, you can get a state ID over the phone or internet in many states for FREE that just simply contains your legal name and address, so you can be cross-checked and verified as a real person. It doesn't have to specifically be a "driver's license". Just simply a way for the state to be able to verify you are who you claim to be. You do need a SSN, I admit. Tough stuff here.

I hadn't even thought of that in terms of mail in, but that's another great point. I was thinking like, why can't I just get on a boat and go to europe and vote in france's next election?
Whale needs to justify his position here but he wants to watch football I guess!
But the answer is: I can't vote in france because I'm not a french citizen. And hopping a plane or boat or teleporter to france would not make me a french citizen.

wow massive inflation... whats it gone up? 1%? I just left the grocery store and I had to use THREE TWENTIES!!! oh my GAWD the massssssive inflation!!! oh its so massive!!
Im so sure america will vote for him. Losing by 20 million this time might send the clearest message.

excuse me we didnt just fly 400k illegal immigrants to key states so they couldn't vote.
Their kids can, but that's a long way off. While it is still smart to fly them out to conservative rural states, I think climate change is going to kill us before their kids come of voting age, at least that's what the news tells me

you dont need citizenship to get an ID and register to vote
It's a privilege to be able to vote, not a right.
The constitution would like a word. There is absolutely a right to vote. It's even specifically called out in several amendments like the 15th:
"The right of citizens of the United States to vote..."
If this was already brought up, I apologize as I'm a few pages behind.

Yes, the right of *CITIZENS* to vote.
We already have a process to legally immigrate. Millions upon millions of people have already done it.

https://ballotpedia.org/Arguments_for_and_against_laws_permitting_noncitiz ens_to_vote_in_the_United_States
Arguments for:
Barriers to naturalization make prohibition on voting unjust
Prohibiting noncitizens from voting encourages discriminatory policy
Allowing noncitizens to vote doesn't discourage seeking citizenship
Allowing noncitizens to vote would benefit society as a whole
Arguments against:
People should accept duties of citizenship before voting
Prohibiting noncitizens from voting is not discriminatory
Allowing noncitizens to vote discourages seeking citizenship
Allowing noncitizens to vote wouldn't benefit society as a whole

Why take mass non-citizen voting as a priori true? Non-voting citizens are more common than voting citizens.

I think based on the people running in the last one America was going for the oldest possible person to be pres
So I say in the next election we should just pick whoever is the oldest person in America. I would look it up now to see who it's going to be, but they'll for sure be dead by 2024, so we'll have to wait until then to see

I love when they say her name. Say it some more. Kamala Harris, your vice president. Your vice president. That right, shes achieved more than you ever will. Shes a woman, I know that just makes you soooo mad. Its too bad... I mean, if she only acted like mike pence. So meek and mild, so milk toast, so ready to die for RD. One thing I do love about her is that she pisses you guys off so much for just existing. I know, you say you're mad she sucked a dick or two, but you're mad cause she got the promotion and you didnt. After all that sucking you did at your job, you deserve to be running the company, huh? She kept going up and up and you cant even get a raise.

No reason to think that Dems learn how to campaign in the next two years. "White people suck" is not a great branding message when you consider who actually shows up at the polls. Most people are too stupid to realize Joe Biden has ZERO to do with inflation as it is today. But Republicans are smart enough to campaign on it anyway. Republicans take House and Senate in 2022.
2024
The prima facie conflict between progressive climate policy and a responsible energy policy finally comes home to roost. It's perfectly reasonable to "pump more" in the short term and look to ween in the long term, but the electorate and illiberal left are too stupid. Democrats have not found a way to convince the retards that both things are both doable and necessary. At this point perceived failures on this front will 100% be Biden's fault. Republican President in 2024.

I would be inclined to agree but there’s this weird sort of “Original Sin” progressive secularism with being white for that party. Like to them white people, and only white people for some weird reason, were born with this “sin” and must acknowledge it and repent. Also white people, and again usually only white people, must repent BY becoming the “Savior” of the less fortunate races. It seems to mirror Christianity, like they are trying to fill a void. But I’m not a religious expert or a democrat expert so take it with a grain of salt
Edit: and I only say it’s “weird” for only white people to feel they are flawed with original sin, despite Africans having owned slaves in Africa, some Native Americans tribes being cannibals, ancient Hispanics sacrificing innocent people to the Sun God, etc

I would likely vote for a non Trump republican cuz rly the damn dems suck. So does all this shitty graft and activism money going to riots and dark projects or shell companies running as progressive climate this or that.
That said I can't predict the future and I may just not vote at all ever again unless someone hands me a mail in ballot and asks me too.
I fucking hate them all and it's clear both parties are so grossly corrupt the Amish and actual for real Isrealis and Turks r looking like freedom loving saints.

Yeah but you can get the Federal Reserve to stop QE and you could also not try to spend a couple more trillion dollars to solve your problems.

What's the end game here? (https://www.theguardian.com/business/2010/nov/08/obama-defends-qe2-g20-summit) Where will all this money printing on an unprecedented scale take us? Do we have any guarantees that QE2 won't be followed by QE3, 4, and 5, until eventually – inevitably – no one will want to buy our debt anymore?
