If so, how? when i try to add a non-steam game to my library it can only see exe. type files .
launch titanium bat doesnt show up on the list. i would like to be able to have steam input while playing p99 so i can map all my keys to my steam controller but having a hell of a time trying to figure this out.
any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.

The batch file runs the eqgame.exe with the patchme command/switch. Can you add it like this on steam?
So that it runs it as:
eqgame.exe patchme

Another approach I use is below, helped with a few unique issues that don't happen often but helps with mouse and character turn speeds.
C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /C Start /affinity 1 .\eqgame.exe patchme

The real question is, why would you do this?
The real question is, why would you do this?
Lets you use things like a steam deck for remote play on a TV - couple other reasons.
Anyway, if you add a custom game to steam - you can edit it and set custom arguments for execution. This is where you'd put the /patchme or affinity arguments.
This walkthrough (the section on emulators) will walk you through adding any custom game/program's shortcut and the section below it about arguments will explain where to put those.
