First time on P99 and have horrible UI

Hello, I just got p99 to work for the first time and after creating my character I had this horrible UI that I have never seen before.

How can I change it to the normal one?

If you are playing on Green, this is the normal UI

You can make things slightly better by right clicking windows and doing:

Window > Background > Texture (this will turn it white)
Window > Background > Tint Color (Select a tolerable color)
