fix black feet manually?

anybody knows how to achieve this? the texture patcher from nilbog doesnt work for me :(

here's a picture of how it looks

on a sidenote i tried a full fresh manual installation without and with the texture patcher, without and with highres files, without and with highres char files without and with duxa all in one installer meanwhile, and nothing has fixed this.

I've not used the process from Nilbog to correct this in the past, but I just ran it on a temp everquest directory and it seems to run for me. What type of error do you get when you run the his process?
