Unable to bring up a menu for right clicking windows.

Dunno if I'm missing something or going crazy or whatnot, but I remember being able to right click a window in the UI to adjust its transparency, add chat filters, etc. It was useful for making certain window texts more visible and also managing tells through EC tunnel spam and whatnot.

Right now though I right click a window and nothing pops up. Did something change recently or is it a bug on my end?

Alt O -> Allow Context Menus on the general tab needs to be enabled. I suspect this was somehow accidentally turned off.
