Recovering my eqemu login

So I have no idea what I called my eqemu forum login back when I made the account years ago. I'd know the password if I could just recover the username. What can be done about that? Do you think the admins at eqemu could help if I supply the LS account name etc.? I can play the game just fine, I just want to create another account linked to the one I use and can't do so without both logins.

If you can at least figure out what email address you were likely to use, this should recover your username.
