I'm a big risk for self harm to. So by default...threats. telling me to hurt or kill myself. Or even discussing methods is a bad idea and can be harmful. Especially on a bad day after I have just seen a Ukrainian kids head explode.

Some girl got in serious legal trouble for that not long ago, telling her boyfriend he should kill himself or something and he did it.
