crashed while camping - server thinks i'm still logged in?

crashed camping and nowww i can't log in. the usual "you currently have an active character, please allow a minute for the server to reset"

It will take about 5 more seconds to prepare your camp.
it's now 19:11 still can't log in

any ideas? can GMs boot from login?
