The green server will, at a time yet to be decided, eventually merge into blue and start over again. This merge will not happen until at least 6 months after the last patch in velious (No earlier than January 2023).

That implies they are absolutely going to release another Green. At this point all anyone can do is speculate as no one has any idea what will actually happen. See that’s just copium now lol. They’ve always said the intent is to release further progression servers. When green 2.0 will happen is anyones guess but they’ve always said it will happen.
