FYI:

Level 20 and 29 necro pets can be purchased at any SK guild in the old-world.

Level 39 and 44 necro pets can be purchased at SK spell locations (The Overthere, Cabilis) in Kunark.

But- I gotta tell ya, not that easy gettin into those places when they wanna kill you on sight. Im an iksar necro, so i cant exactly walts into "old-world" SK guilds and expect them to not hand me my ass on a plate.
