Lets me log in but I cant see toons

after I log in it goes to the toon screen but intsead of seeing them i get a message that "Spells_us.txt (2503364378)" is invalid?????? But if i click the link it provides it sends me to a page that says am I trying to access someones account?

Go to https://www.project1999.com/index.php and download the patch file from the "Welcome" message near the top of the main page and then follow the setup guide.
